My space in the world

Code is poetry

Recently, I’ve been listening to a lot of acoustic songs. So much that I went around the hostel to get a whole large list of acoustic songs.

The beauty of acoustic is that you can listen to it at any time: when having a headache, when sleepy, when angry, when tired. Especially strings which sound amazing on my sound system. I love the sound of each string coming individually, sounds beautiful. Personally I never happened to truly fall in love with saxophone despite of living with a Kenny G. fanboy. Although flute, guitar and piano have always fantasized me.

Among the best I’ve heard from the top of my head, I can remember Crazy for this girl (Evan and Jaron),  Gone to the dogs (K.T. Tunstall), Iris (Goo goo dolls), Name (Goo goo dolls), Heart shaped box (Evanescence), Knocking on heaven’s door (Avril Lavigne), Your Song (Elton John), Saturate (Breaking Benjamin), Rain (Breaking Benjamin).
Evan & Jaron have a really fresh voice and a very pleasant tune.  ”The distance” was also a nice one from them.

I have played the sitar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sitar) during  my school days, but I never got into playing guitar. I hope I get some time once I get a job so that I can probably take out some time to learn guitar.

Oh well, Evan and Jaron ARE amazing :-)
You just picked the very best of E&J! But I believe you’ll like “outspace” and “i could fall” as well.

True, infact I think that the best form of music comes out with acoustic, ie. least “noise” from those large metal boxes…

My taste is nearly same as yours btw :)

Nice, I also play the sitar. :) Do you wish to resume playing the instrument again?

PS: Your captcha text was “toilet”.. ew :|

Well about playing sitar again… maybe. :|
Time is the showstopper for me.

About the captcha, lol! I used a random word generator. Anyway, I’ve removed it, thanks for reporting! :)

Acoustics sound nice…………. though I don’t actually prefer your playlist…….. I’d rather have some Andres Segovia or John Williams on classical guitar……..

As far as sitar goes, I’ve tried playing it…… It’s hard… really hard……

Isn’t John Williams is a bit too old? Although I would definitely find these to and see if they suit my taste as well :)
